The Space
Behind the stunning colonial architecture of this Logan Circle townhome hides a stunning, expansive, and immaculate home perfect for those coming on business or pleasure! The home had a complete renovation that lovingly preserved the character and history of the home.

The home boasts a stunning chef's kitchen - complete with all essentials and high-end stainless steel appliances. Perfect for whipping up anything from breakfast to a Thanksgiving feast. A truly enviable kitchen that guests can enjoy! Guests may choose however, to toss their chef's hat, and experience the array of award-winning cuisine options just outside the door!

Overlook the living room while cooking or dining, lending to the open concept floor plan - perfect for unwinding after sightseeing, minding little ones, or brainstorming the next day's adventures.
The outdoor space off the living room (one of three outdoor areas) is a welcome haven from the urban bustle. It's beautifully planted and equipped with gorgeous seating, the family can spill out onto the deck and yard area to enjoy the warm summer evenings.

This lovely house can comfortably sleep eight adults;
\- King double adjustable bed located in the primary bedroom (complete with large TV; private bath with amazing soak tub and large shower).
\- Queen bed in the second bedroom (includes a desk; private bath with shower).
\- Bunk Bed (twin over full) located in the third bedroom (private bath with shower).
\- Futon sofa located in the fourth bedroom / office space (includes TV and private bath with tub/shower).

There are THREE outside spaces to enjoy (including the roofdeck), so guests will have their pick of where to enjoy their morning cup of coffee, afternoon tea, and evening glass of wine!

The Neighborhood
This timeless neighborhood is perfect for those to experience the city as a resident rather then a tourist. Logan Circle is undoubtedly the city's best neighborhood for restaurants, bars, shops, and nightlife. The unit is directly off the Circle and is 1 block from the 14th street corridor: Whole Foods, Starbucks, CVS, and multiple bars/restaurants on every block. The city's trendiest bars and restaurants have located along 14th Street and the U Street Corridor, and both are within easy walking distance, so it's the perfect location for a nice dinner or to enjoy a night on the town. All of these amenities are only a short away, this unit is located on a quiet residential street directly off Logan Circle.

Getting Around
Logan Circle is in the middle of all metro lines - access to the Red line, Orange/Blue/Silver, and Yellow/Green lines are located at 3 different stations all located within blocks of this unit, the closest being Shaw-Howard Metro Station. Dupont Circle metro is less then 20 minutes on foot from the home and offers some of the best restaurants and upscale retail locations in the city!
Several bus lines have stops located less than 1 block from the unit as well. Ubers are readily available (usually a 1-2 minute wait) and it costs around $6-10 or less to get anywhere in the city due to the convenient location.

Guest Access
The unit is not shared. Guests will have access to the entire home. There are tenants living in the basement unit, so please be mindful of sound traveling.

House Rules

  • Strict NO party policy. Please note that smoking of any kind and drug use in or around the property is strictly prohibited (this includes outside spaces). If we do find evidence of illegal substances or marijuana use, the reservation will be automatically canceled with no refund.
  • Strict NO pets policy.
  • BUNK BED: Guests agree to conduct themselves in a controlled and reasonable manner, and to use the bunk bed for it's intended purpose. Guests understand and acknowledge that the use of the ladder involves risk of serious injury, including permanent disability and death.
  • GRANDATHER CLOCK: The grandfather clock is an antique (irreplacable). Please refrain from touching it or using it in any way.
  • DINING TABLE: Please keep pad and tablecloth on table to protect wood.
  • FLOORS: We provide a rug and towel (in the blue dresser) for additional floor cover at the front door and a rug (under the end table) at the back door, for when it is seriously raining. Please be sure to protect our floors, and place the additonal covers as needed.
  • GRILL: Natural gas grill valve is always open. Guests will need a lighter to start the grill. Please only use it if you are experienced, and let us know so we can clean accordingly.
  • We insist that for group bookings renters are above the age of 25, unless agreed prior to making your reservation. (Families with children under 25 are very welcome). Due to fire code and insurance requirements the property has a maximum occupancy and additional guests must have our advance approval.
  • We may ask for additional proof of identity / address (passport / drivers license etc) and reason for stay such as work contracts or permits.
  • Due to our tight cleaning schedules, charges apply for unannounced late check-outs.
  • Exterior may be monitored by exterior cameras, there are no cameras indoors.
  • The neighborhood is a strong community and everyone looks out for each other, we ask that folks please be mindful of noise that could disturb in the early mornings and late at night.
  • While luggage is expected, we strictly prohibit large items (including, but not limited to, bicycles and exercise equipment) being brought into the unit without prior approval.
  • If your booking spans 2 weeks or longer, we may require a “deep clean” following your check-out.
  • Prior to you checking in, the property has been inspected to confirm there are no damages and everything is in working order. If upon checking in, you discover something broken or not working, please let us know immediately.
  • Please be sure that ALL of the windows and doors are closed if the HVAC is running.
  • Please do NOT flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets.
