Enjoy a 24-Hour Risk Free Guarantee for bookings placed more than 30 days prior to check-in. After that, if cancelled prior to 115 days of the check-in date, 50% of the total shall be refunded to the guest, less a cancellation charge of 1 night’s rent plus taxes and the service fee. Within 115 days of the check-in date, the reservation is fully non-refundable. The reservation shall be non-refundable if the rental period is equal to or greater than thirty (30) nights.
